Tony Roma`s in Edmonton

Great!!! Food and service was excellent. We ordered beef ribs, server was very helpful and courteous. Checked several time to find out whether food was good or need something.

I was disapointed here. I signed up the night before and did not receive an email for my borthday promo in enough time. I showed my Id which showed my birthday but I was not give the 10 off from the manager.Online it did say 15 off but that was inaccurate . I did not dine here because I was told I would have to pay full price if I dined at that time and to wait for the email.

Always enjoy going here. Good food and at a fair price.

It says Tony Romas. Thats the only relation to what Tony Romas once was. The place served my ribs that make IKEA's look like gourmet Memphis BBQ. Seriously, what a farce. Nice server but I'd be better off hitting the no name frozen section at the supermarket than eating here again. I suspect thats what Roma's is doing now anyway.

We got our food, i looked at it and it was eye appealing took a bit of each item but the gravy. A minute later the waiter asked how is everything, i said "so far so good." I continued eating, then i tried the gravy, it was way too runny, not dippable, more like beef tea. In the end, we only were able to get 5% of gravy on fries. When i said to the waiter, the gravy was too runny for dipping fries in, he said, "oh well, i did come by and asked if everything was ok." He only came by once in the beginning to ask, not again mid way through and it was way too early for the question. I did not like how the waiter insinuated that it is was my one and only chance to have say. I felt like 5 bucks for gravy was way to expensive for only getting 5%. There should be a gravy dipping test before gravy goes out, so good food and money is not wasted. Other then that, refills replenished on time, friendliness great, fish and chips, side of slaw were superb!

The food was ok and service was terrible. They said there will be 3 pieces of rib served and if the ribs small portion there will be given more. Once we got the plates my wife's portion was ridiculously small and we told them right away and their attitude changed right away as well . They were very unhappy about it. They brought two more ribs after but the ribs were over cooked and no taste at all. We felt like they wanted to get rid from us asap. Don't suggest anyone to go this place.

I have tried to make this location work for me but yet again on my somewhat 10th visit, I have experienced terrible service by the waitress, missed orders with food coming out at strange times.The manager of this franchise really needs to get thier restuarant in order.I highly do not recommend this location.

Food was good. Service was good. Price was way too much for the amounts of food you get. $32.00 for 4 beef ribs. Very expensive

I have been to Tony Romas on the south side and was never planning on going back...after a long time I decided to give the one in BonnieDoon Mall a try.. Ordered Beef ribs. Food was top notch. Our server Anna was extremely polite and informative. I will be back for sure.

Good service good food a little pricey

Good food, better than usual tonight. Service wasn't grand but she was prompt and decent.

Waitress Ashley was awesome and she had great smile !

You know what to expect, Sticky fingers. The waitress are over worked , but they still ask if everything is ok or make it ok .

The ribs were perfect. The portions of the lunch specials are very good. The prices are great for seniors. Thank you.

The Prices Are Quite High. For 4 people the Bill was close to $200.00.I could see the bill being that high if there was Lobster, but all that was ordered was 2 Steak, 1 Bountiful Ribs and 1 Hamburger. They are Just as expensive as Joey's in South Edmonton common. Joey's is actually less expensive and all 4 if Us Ordered Steak

This place has always been a favourite of mine and i really enjoyed coming here when i was younger.

The sweet potato fries were excellent.

Good staff and service.Decent, clean open layout.Lunch menu for $10 offer some very good items, but overall their main course meals are brutally overpriced imo.Much prefer the small Pub - solid service, reasonable price beers and some TVs - great little place to kick back and relax for awhile.

Maybe I'm an outlier, but my experience here was fine, I see a lot of damning 1/5 reviews leading to a 2.9/5 overall - ouch!I ordered a half rack of ribs and some wings. I expect these sort of places to be pricey, and it is. But less outrageously so compared to other "proper BBQ" places. The ribs I got here were actually better. They weren't dry, the meat and rub were quite flavourful.To be honest, the reviews here are so awful that I'm hesitant to go back even though my experience was alright! I will probably consider it though. Hopefully they can do something to turn things around.

Foods good. Service sucks. Got our food, never did come by once to ask how the meal was. Took forever to get a refill on pop.

The potato soup was very good. But the soup could have been hotter . But we tried to order the onion loaf and they were out of stock. Tried to order Earl Gray Tea and they were out of stock.

Service was good from a seasoned veteran, although I was a little disappointed she didn't mention they were having problems with their pop dispenserThe meal was fine, but nobody at the table was willing to suggest that the ribs were great! A little bit of a let down.

I've been to this location multiple times. Food is decent when it's made fresh, and you can get decent service if you talk to the right staff. My last experience was by far the worst - I was served regular soda when I asked for diet. Being diabetic, this is a huge issue. Please make sure your servers are careful with stuff like this. The food was... Subpar. The salad I got was drenched in dressing and probably had been sitting out for a few hours. The sandwich was dry and the coleslaw tasted sour and off.

Cant go wrong with the riblings I say. All their ribs are good for that matter. But you know that already. Staff is good. Experience was good. We've never had a bad visit at the Bonnie Doon location.

Food was not exceptional, just ok. Overpriced. Service and food wait time were both slow, especially since that place was almost empty. It was 4 pm on a Monday. The green beans that were the vegetable side to my chicken dish and my partner's steak were deep-fried. Soggy and greasy vegetables kinda defeats the point of eating vegetables.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food was horrible!So if you are going out to eat,or ordering in, I would SKIP this place! You will be happy you did.

Quite surprised! It is Saturday. The mall is closed. There is plenty of parking. Easily set up for 2 or 20+. Our waitress is excellent. The food is good. We had wings, soup, salad, desert. A very pleasant evening.

Pretty decent food for the prices! Went there for lunch and got the roast chicken with a side of garlic green beans for $12. Super friendly staff and well maintained environment!

The Food was great but the service was really slow and a little on edge. Our first server was great but the second was a little unsure of what she was serving us and ended up giving it to the wrong table and finally getting it back for us. It would be fine normally but we waited so long to eat and find anyone to help our table. Our server rarely checked on us and they were all seen in the bar area talking. All in all good environment and great food but the customer service needs some work and the speed.

The food is as delicious as I remember. We arrived there at 6 and this location closes at 7 on Sunday. So, the service was slow as they may have been getting ready to close.

The service is phenomenal here I very much enjoy this place for a quick lunch.
